The Bourgogne Passetoutgrain is a blend of 25% Gamay and 75% Pinot Noir. It has a fine, exuberant bouquet with veins of blue fruit and hints of pressed flowers. The palate is medium-bodied with a citrus-fresh opening and a sharp line of acidity that lends this Passetoutgrain good vigor, even if it cuts away a little swiftly on the finish.
