This wine has a deep red color with violet reflects. It’s intense aromas include myrtles and red fruits, as well as spices like white pepper. With some aeration we can also find the aromas of dark chocolate and vanilla. The mouth is full and tasty, with round tannins and balanced with good acidity. The aromas return and its taste stays for a long time on our palate.
The wine can be paired with dishes with red meat, like beef as well as spicy sauces. It can also be appreciated with cheese of intense flavor. Decanting the wine will be preferable about an hour before the meal.
