This wine is of a deep cherry color, garnet-red. The nose is of black and red berries (blackcurrant, raspberry, cherry), as well as on flowers (violets). It preserves its fruit, roundness and volume, balance and power in just proportions.
Ideally enjoyed with red meat or soft-flavored cheese of the chaource, such as reblochon.
