Brilliant wine, with a beautiful cherry red color and rich nose with very fruity notes such as strawberries, blackberries, morello cherries as well as spice. On the palate, the attack is supple and fleshy. You find blackcurrant and other red fruits. The whole is well structured, the tannins are fine. Great persistence.
Serve with terrines, roasted and grilled meats, game, brown fish and cheeses.
