With age, the aromas tend towards truffle, copper and chocolate notes enlivened by some floral scents. In the mouth, the balance is perfect, between power and roundness. A charming wine.
Pair this wine alongside hare à la Royale, wild boar with grand veneur sauce or even a guinea fowl salmis. It will also be the companion of a beautiful prime rib or a raw milk cheese.
