This medium-pink Pinot Noir crémant shows a lingering mousse and fine stream of bubbles. There are hints of spice and dried flowers on the nose, but the red berry and apple aromas emerge fully with time in the glass. The wine itself is dry and firm with tartness on the palate. The finish is creamy with a character of seed cake with caraway seeds.
