Domaine de Colette is located in the Refnie appellation, in the Southern part of Beaujolais. Their wines are made from pure hand-harvested Gamay and show surprising structure and depth due to the their old vines and low yields. From their deep colors come aromas of ripe fruits (cherry, cassis, strawberry), while in the mouth they are medium to full-bodied with round, soft textures that make them extremely versatile at the table.
Try with stir-fried wok vegetables and plancha-grilled vegetables.
