The Branger family farms several parcels in the heart of Monnieres-Saint-Fiacre, a cru delimited to the production of exceptional Muscadet thanks to its bedrock gneiss. Yields are highly restricted, and the wine ages on its yeast for at least 24 months after a gentle fermentation. The Brangers go one step further and harvest their old vines by hand to make this an artisanal wine.
