Matured entirely in barrels according to qualitative criteria identical to those of the premier crus, it is regularly vinified with a proportion of 30% whole harvest. It is an accessible and gourmet wine that is easily drunk young but the richness of its substance and the concentration of its tannins can allow it to age well for more than ten years under glass.
