The wine has the typical Nuits-Saint-Georges structure but the tannins remain elegant and testify to the proximity of Vosne-Romanée. The nights-Saint-Georges 1st Cru Aux Crasis tasty and dynamic, always with a nice balance. The flesh, very present, with its notes of juicy black fruits (blackberries, blueberries, blackcurrant) is enriched with floral nuances (elder, heather) and spicy. Always tonic, the wine is animated by a saline minerality and a fresh finish (liquorice, menthol).
