Intensely perfumed with vibrant aromas of lemon curd, dried apricots, and a touch of floral orange blossom. Quite a serious Chardonnay, in the mouth it’s structured yet giving with a concentration of fruit flavors wrapped around a core of Meyer lemon, Anjou pear, and red apple. Our inaugural Doc's Ranch: JoAnn’s Block Chardonnay has the structure to age gracefully but with a quick decant now it will sing at the table. Drink over the next 8 – 12 years.
