This Nebbiolo offers a splendid example of full and balanced wine: the nose has notes of rose, strawberry and violet; at the same time it gives elegance and fullness to the taste, with tannins present but delicately harmonized.
It goes very well with seconds or seasoned cheeses, with the typical Piedmontese bagna caoda or with grilled red meats and game.
