Aromas of cranberry, Bing cherry, strawberry, rose petal, iron and pomegranate. On the palate freeze-dried strawberries, cinnamon bark, celery salt, Kalamata olive, and red currant. An expressive and feminine Pinot Noir with bright red fruit notes and a hint of rose petal.
Pair with herb roasted pork tenderloin, garlic potato puree, charred broccolini & cherry pinot demi sauce.
