The 2017 Soberanes Chard shows complex aromas of ripe white fruits and baking spice. Typical of this fine vineyard, the palate is extremely rich and concentrated. The flavors are also very complex with ripe peach, baked apple and ginger cookie nuances, lingering on the very long, crisp finish.
