Full-bodied, with good concentration and a silky texture. The palate shows layers of flavors, with notes of ripe black forest fruits, licorice, fennel, black pepper, cigar tobacco and roasted espresso beans, with medium-plus acidity and slightly chewy tannins coating the mouth, highlighting notes of baker’s chocolate on the long and elegant finish.
