Classic characteristics, only a bit riper than the 2018. Still pale lime green with vegetal aromatics of snow pea and coriander but the palate opens to meyer lemon blossom, ripe cantaloupe and grapefruit and lime citrus flesh. Linear and lean with an elevated structure and savory herbs complimenting the umami.
Pair with fish & chips, cured meats, fresh cheese and grilled vegetables.
