This Chardonnay from the Deux Chevaux Vineyard is from some of our oldest blocks, and is carefully monitored to grow this elegant Chardonnay with complex flavor components. Aromatically expressive, with notes of classic brioche, vanilla, subtle oak, and complemented by confectionery graham cracker crust, upside-down pineapple cake and hint of oyster shell. With a roundness on the palate, hints of melon along with pleasant acidity, medium weight and texture, all combine to provide a great structure and mouthfeel.
