This wine was made with a combination of fermentation in neutral oak and stainless steel barrels, but was aged exclusively in neutral oak to balance out the bracing acidity. The wine was aged for 10 months, with some barrels remaining on gross lees. Aside from a sulfur add after malolactic fermentation and another small add at bottling, nothing was added to the wine nor was it fined or filtered.
