"Pour Rosie" is named in homage to Rosie Rafael, a remarkable mother who had the inspiration to insist on planting Chardonnay as the first parcel of our vineyard in 1982.
The wine is a straw color. It exhibits complex aromas and flavors of citrus, pear, minerals, almonds and green olive with a medium-bodied creamy texture. Mineral notes, lemon zest and the faintest hint of nuttiness makes for a memorable, refreshing finish. Drink now or age for 6-8 years. The wine is an excellent pair with food.
