The Bien Nadico Hillside Estate Roussanne is a big, rich, mouthfilling expression of the varietal. Despite the riper characters and higher alcohol (right around13.5-14.0%), the wine still maintains great acidity and balance. The flavor profile is reminiscent of our 2004 vintage which is currently drinking at its peak. This wine is ready to enjoy now and will continue to age beautifully for another ten to fifteen years.
