A delicate rosé with 24 hours of skin contact to achieve that beautiful salmon pink color and delicate red berry flavor. The wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle and aging on the lees for at least 2 years prior to release.
This wine is excellent as an aperitif or with light Mediterranean dishes.
