Aroma of orange blossom, pineapple and a touch of fresh sage and the palate has tropical fruit with orange oil and camomile tea. These grapes were crushed, destemmed, and soaked on their skins for a few hours. Small-basket pressed into stainless steel, and fermented naturally.
