Sphere Chardonnay offers an aromatic nose of white flowers that complements citrus notes. Very fine bubbles are revealed while tasting, bringing a pleasant freshness to the palate, balanced, all in finesse, with notes of white flesh fruit and citrus.
Serve this wine along side tapas and dishes from the South of France, such as escalivada and grilled fishes. It is also ideally served with sushi.
