Auguste comes from three organic farmers located in Aspiran. François Ducrot is the winemaker and vinifies at Domaine Enclos de La Croix. The vineyards are situated on sand and limestone terroir that translate to a delicate minerality and salinity. After 15 days fermenting on its skins, the wine is aged in steel tanks to preserve its fresh, fruity profile.
