Our 2016 Paso Robles red blend is a brilliant ruby red in the glass. It entices the palate with nuances of cherry cola, anise, and a hint of nutmeg. Notes of cherry, mocha, and white pepper round out the firm structure and lingering finish. Pair with marinara sauce over spaghetti, on pizza, or with cheesy chicken parmesan.
