About the Wine
The 2019 Clos LaChance Cabernet Sauvignon is a garnet color in appearance. The bouquet burst with notes of plum, blackberry, and green pepper. Upon first sip, flavors of fresh blueberries, white pepper, and plum are front and center. The palate is medium-bodied, with medium tannins and light acidity.
Blend: 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Petit Verdot, 4% Merlot
Serve alongside BBQ tri-tip, pasta with Italian sausage, or hard cheeses.
