About the Wine
This French country wine presents brambly berry, cherry, raspberry, spices and black pepper. The aromas of Garrigue (rosemary, thyme and lavender) give minty, herbal notes that are quite refreshing. A delicious, medium-bodied value to consume within a few years.
Blend: 50% Carignan, 30% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 5% Cinsault
The wine is a perfect match with a nice rosemary marinated roasted lamb.
