The Coulthard Cabernet Sauvignon displays a classic ripe cassis aroma with supportive savory notes. A well-balanced palate showing ripe dark fruits enhanced by a silky textural finish.
This wine will develop with further bottle maturation however the fine tannin structure means the wine can be enjoyed now. Matches well with pasta, red meat or cheese.
