Striking a balance between stone fruits, flowers and a unique hint of tarragon, our Chardonnay is fermented using the wild native yeasts found in our vineyards. These naturally occurring yeasts give Borne of Fire Chardonnay its signature minerality that separates it from a more traditional Chardonnay.
