About the Wine

The wine is made from a blend of Merlot and Sangiovese, with prevalence of the first and in varying percentages depending on the vintages. Bothe red grapes are cultivated with modified spurred cordon and with a very small number of gems. The grapes are harvested in early October. The fermentation takes place in steel tanks. After about 9 months of aging in neutral vessels, the wine is bottled at before being released to the market not before he spent 3 months in the bottle for aging.
