Note the clarity and vibrant red color saturation of this wine. The 2013 UV Pinot Noir is the most accessible and transparent wine at the moment. Red cherry jam and freshly squeezed cherry pomegranate juice weave around the glass highlighting the vintage. Perfumed secondary notes of red and black licorice are wrapped in black tea leaves and incense. The clay-based soil enriches a warm texture, while the vintage provides great acid structure. Suggested drinking window is 2017 through 2028.
