Aromatics start off with notes of jasmine, white peach, and wet stone. As it opens and warms, the aromas are met with ripe Meyer lemon, key lime and sweet meringue. The full-bodied palate has the sensation of dense white pineapple juice, fresh citrus, and firm guava. The 2020 Amici Sauvignon Blanc has wonderful acidity and ends with a long mouthwatering finish of lemon zest and lime custard.
